Dinner August 23rd

This dinner begins with JC Chicken Pasta Pesto, probably the best dinner on their current menu!  Added to it is ratatouille made by me - fresh zucchini and tomato from Dona's garden, with garlic, onions, green pepper, red pepper, thyme and fresh parsley.  The salad is mixed spring greens, a cut-up Anjou pear, dried cranberries and a sprinkling of fat-free feta cheese.  Delicious is hardly adequate - so many great flavors on one plate!
