Indian Vegetables for Lunch

 Begin with 1 chopped onion and 3-4 cloves chopped garlic.  Saute in olive oil spray.











 Add shredded cabbage, one sliced carrot, pieces of fresh cauliflower.  Salt and stir.
 Add black pepper and chopped jalapenos to taste.
 Add 2 teaspoons of turmeric.  Stir in thoroughly.

 Add a handful of frozen peas.  Stir together, lower heat, cover and let simmer for 5-6 minutes.
 Add a tablespoon or more of water if the turmeric sticks.  Let the pan de-glaze.  It's ready to serve.
Perfect side for Jenny's Chicken Tikka Masala. Yummm.
